Pricing & Payment
All prices are fixed and fully inclusive of VAT, tolls, parking fees, and waiting time. The price shown at booking is the price you pay — no hidden fees.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Yes. Provide your company billing details at the time of booking. VAT invoices are issued by ASI CORP SRL (VAT: BE 0800.580.194). Invoices cannot be reissued with different billing details after confirmation.
Airport Transfers
Enter your flight number when booking. We monitor your flight in real time and automatically adjust your pickup time if your flight is delayed — at no extra charge.

Your driver will be waiting inside the arrivals hall holding a personalised name sign. Driver contact details are sent by email no later than 24 hours before your transfer.

Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. No-shows are charged at the full rate.

Vehicles & Passengers
We offer four vehicle categories: Economy (Skoda Octavia, up to 3 passengers), Standard (Mercedes E-Class, up to 3 passengers), SUV (Mercedes GLB, up to 4 passengers), and Van (Mercedes V-Class, up to 7 passengers).
Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available upon request. Please specify the child’s age and weight in the driver notes field when booking.
Economy: 2 standard suitcases. Standard: 3 suitcases. SUV: 4 suitcases. Van: 6 suitcases. Oversized items (golf bags, bicycles, ski equipment) must be declared at booking.
